This recipe needs you to have tons of spices, corn, and bell pepper to have this single-pot chili chicken recipe. You can serve this with your ever-favorite hot sauce, or chips of tortilla, and even a cold beer.
In order for you to prepare this, you need the following:

• Two tablespoons of virgin olive oil
• One chopped large onion
• Three cloves of garlic that are minced
• Two cups of cubed sweet potato each a half inch
• One chopped medium green bell pepper
• Two cups of low-sodium chicken broth
• A cup of frozen corn
• A teaspoon of dried oregano
• One whole chicken, sliced

Step 1. Preliminary cooking

Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the sweet potato, garlic, onion, and bell pepper over a medium high heat. Cook the spices by stirring occasionally until you notice that vegetables have softened. Stir in chili powder and oregano. Cook until you can smell its fragrance.

Step 2. Add the other ingredients

Add the beans and the broth, as well as the sliced chicken that you have already prepared earlier and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat to a low while you partially cover it and simmer for more or less 15 minutes.

Step 3. Serve when ready.

Stir until it has wilted. Add the garlic including the veggie burgers that have been diced, plus the salt and pepper and the beef. Cook them by stirring. Transfer to a bowl when cooked.

Cook the eggs without flipping them, making it a sunny side up. Heat the corn and mix with the cooked beef. Add the sauce upon serving hash and the cooked eggs.
