Chinese Noodles with Vegetables
  1. Oil a wok and add the seeds oil. Heat and add leek and ginger finely minced. Let it brown a few minutes.
  2. Add vegetables and mushrooms cut into strips, add sesame oil and stir well with a wooden spoon.
  3. Simmer with medium heat and add 2 cups of mushrooms water.
  4. Bring to a boil 500 ml of water and add noodles. Simmer 4 minutes. Add cooked noodles into the wok and add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Heat for a few minutes.
  5. Add the corn starch diluted into water.
  6. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
